Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has admitted the club cannot rule out the £21 million sale of Tottenham Hotspur target Diego Forlan.

His 22 strikes in all competitions is reported to made Spurs manager Harry Redknapp determined to bring the ex-Manchester United player back to the Premier League.
Speaking to Marca, Cerezo said no offiical offer had been made yet, but he could not guarantee to reject any move.
"To my knowledge there's been no bid for [Kun] Aguero or [Diego] Forlan, I cannot say if I would sell for €25m (£21m) because we have not heard the offer. The negotiations would be normal," Cerezo said.
"There will be a few signings. At the end of the season the technical secretary and the coach met with us to find the positions we need to strengthen."
