Magical Mikel Arteta thinks that Everton will need to win six of our last eight games to secure a UEFA Europa League spot for next season.

'I think that we will need to win another six games.' Mikel Arteta told BBC Radio Merseyside.

Everton's end of season run in has always looked favourable and if six wins are needed then after Manchester City tomorrow we face the likes of Wolverhampton, West Ham, Blackburn, Fulham, Stoke and Portsmouth all sides in the bottom half of the division and all sides we could beat if our form continues.

He added: 'That's really tough with the other teams around us, but I think we're showing that desire.'
