Cahill interest hots up
Liverpool are again being linked with Bolton defender Gary Cahill and could be ready to offer £12million.
Cahill is expected to be one of the most sought after players of the summer and Trotters boss Owen Coyle will face a battle to keep hold of his star defender as the Premier League big guns start to form an orderly queue.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has said he will not be making a move but Arsenal are known to be very keen and Liverpool have also been linked with a swoop.
The fees to be offered range from £12m to £14m but it will take significantly more than that for Coyle to even consider letting him go. The Scot values him at £30million and while that figure is over the top it is thought that interested clubs would have to get closer to £20million if they want to have a chance of landing the 23-year-old.
