Arsenal are working to finalise the transfer of Bolivian starlet Samuel Galindo as they attempt to push through a work permit.

The Gunners beat Everton to the 18-year old's signature in January but his lack of international appearances has stopped him from appearing for them.

The Real America midfielder has been training with his new club's first team since the New Year and they are hopeful a permit can be agreed. Recently, Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez was granted permission to play in the Premier League due to his outstanding talent even though he hadn't played 75 per cent of Mexico's games in the last three years.
